Your Instructor
Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Dawn Wotherspoon and I am a Coach, Mindfulness & Meditation Teacher, the creator of the signature programs: Discovering Greatness Within and The Business of Vibration. I am also the Author of Vibrational Business: 8 Guiding Principles for Harnessing the Law of Attraction in Business.
My intention as a Coach is to help businesses thrive, by first helping the people within the business thrive.
I am passionate about sharing knowledge on the power of mindfulness and meditation for stress management, self-healing, increasing creativity, and unlocking the full potential within. I work with private coaching clients, small businesses, as well as larger organizations providing educational trainings, guided instruction, and coaching support for the individual or the workplace.
Throughout this journey you will be receiving:
- 12 x WEEKLY MODULES: Including Transformational Coaching Videos and Activity Workbooks guiding you through the complete 3-month Discovering Greatness Within course curriculum.
- 12 x WEEKLY 1:1 (ONE-ON-ONE) COACHING CALLS: Each week we will be connecting 1:1 for 60 powerful minutes of transformational coaching, with a primary focus on applying the new mindset strategies, skills, and inner shifting techniques directly to your life. We will also use this time for experiential learning through powerful rituals, guided meditations and visualizations, as well moving through any areas of resistance.
